When people think of aging, they think in terms of numbers.

Healthy lifestyle should become your second nature: eat healthy, exercise whenever you can, however you can – do what it takes to stay fit and nourished.
The better you eat and the more you exercise (find out the best workout routine for yourself), the longer your entire body will be able to churn out the hormones and chemicals it needs to keep you as young and healthy as you want to be.
5. Preserve Your Mental Health
Finally, perhaps the single, most important way to stop aging is to do whatever it takes to maintain good mental health.
Stress is literally a poison.
It damages your organs and your DNA, leads to poor nutrition, and can even cause memory loss.
If you feel anxious, or stressed often, or otherwise affected by your mental health, seek help.
The sooner you can relieve your stress and get help for anxiety, the easier a time your body will have fighting off the aging process.
6. Reverse the Symptoms and Signs of Aging
There are anti aging supplements and creams that are great for reducing the signs of aging, but that’s not as important as living a fantastic life that makes you abundantly happy.
You can do that by practicing laughter therapy and trying to constantly improve your memory, by promoting healthy lifestyle (both physical and mental), and not letting any of the signs of aging stop you from doing what you want to do.
Always remember: aging is just a number.
It is how you respond to it that affects how old you really are.
