It is true that most of us will have good days and bad, superlative experiences and some that will take us to the depths of misery.
Unfortunately, many of us live in fear of the future, to the extent that even while celebrating some salutary event like a hard-earned promotion, the purchase of a new home or the arrival of a new addition to the family, we are beset by anxiety.

If you look around - you can’t help but notice that there are quite a few people who tend to see the grass greener elsewhere and try to frantically take steps to change their lives to fit in.
Some of these individuals seem to have excessive confidence, even though in reality, they definitely feel the lack of self esteem and confidence.
Low self confidence will keep you from enjoying your life in full and appreciating many areas of it along with unfulfilled personal relationships, profession and everything else. Read the full article…

1. Choose to Be Happy at Work
Happiness is largely a choice. I can hear many of you arguing with me, but it’s true. You can choose to be happy at work. Sound simple? Yes. But, simplicity is often profoundly difficult to put into action.
I wish all of you had the best employer in the world, but, face it, you may not. So, think positively about your work. Dwell on the aspects of your work you like.
